We recently commissioned Bill and Michael to market a revenue property of ours, we couldn’t be happier with the results! Upon initial inspection of the property Bill recommended we renovate the interior of the property to bring it up to contemporary standards. We were somewhat hesitant at first to commit to the additional expense but Bill assured us that we would recoupe our investment. We trusted Bills judgement and expertise and sure enough it paid off. My wife and have recently decided to sell a condo we’ve owned for numerous years in Vancouver. Due to our son’s excellent experience with Bill Dritsas expertise in real estate, it was without any hesitations that we requested his help to sell this property. After following Bill’s recommendation, to perform some key minor improvements to the unit, we were amazed and surprised how well (10% over asking) and quickly it sold. Over the span of a 20 year relationship with Bill my company has purchased and restored various homes that required renovations. Bill would make it a point to visit the sites on a regular basis to offer his professional opinion on layout for the renovation, helping to select fixtures, appliances, colors etc. etc. After completion and cleanup of each property, Bill and I would discuss staging after which he would call his trusted company to turn the house into a home. Shortly afterwards his photographer would show up to take incredible photos at the right time of day in order to capture the home at its best. Finally, incredible brochures would be produced as take ways at the open house while potential buyers would sip on their refreshments courtesy of Bill Dritsas. The results were always better than expected for me thanks to Bill and his efforts to go the extra mile and be involved from start to finish.
